Welcome to ApóyateSB, a Virtual Mutual Aid Network hosted by Latinas Contra Cancer (LCC). By using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: To participate in ApóyateSB’s mutual aid network, you must be at least 13 years old. By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to consent to the processing of your personal data as per your country's laws.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during the onboarding process and throughout your participation in the platform. If any of your information changes, please update it as soon as possible.
Commitment to Participation: By participating in ApóyateSB, you understand the mutual aid framework and commit to engaging respectfully within the WhatsApp group you selected. You are responsible for the information you share and for fostering a supportive, safe space for the community.
Security: While participating, it is important to safeguard your personal information. We recommend taking steps to ensure your privacy and security when using this platform and communicating with others. If you suspect any security issues, please reach out immediately.

Community Purpose: ApóyateSB is designed to support Latine, immigrant, and unhoused communities by facilitating the exchange of resources, health information, emotional support, and caregiving coordination.
Respectful Engagement: We encourage a welcoming and supportive environment. Users must treat each other with dignity and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or any harmful behavior will result in removal from the platform.
No Emergency Services: ApóyateSB is not a substitute for emergency services or licensed medical care. If you are facing an emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
Voluntary Participation: Participation in any exchange of aid, resources, or information is entirely voluntary. Latinas Contra Cancer is not responsible for the outcome of interactions between users.
Content Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you share. Please ensure that the information is accurate, respectful, and does not infringe on anyone else's privacy or rights.
